Venue Hire

If you're looking to have a private party for a birthday or any other reason, raise some much needed cash by way of a course fundraiser, or if you want to put on a club night or some live bands, we've got the facilities for up to 300 people, which includes our basement room with seperate bar & sound system which holds 60 people, and the main room on ground floor level, now with a new seating area. We also have a covered smoking area outside the venue.  With a recently installed kitchen we can now cater for any food requirements including buffet options for events for 80 people or more. 

The Volks is available for hire subject to availability on Tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays and Sundays.

You'll get the use of all the venue's sound and lighting equipment on both floors including 4 technic record decks, 2 Pioneer CDJ's, a 12k turbosound sound system on the ground floor and 5k of sound in the basement.  Also, scanners, strobe , laser, effect lighting, UV cannon, projector with electric screen, plasma / DVD player and portable stage if required.
